I was there for a month after a knee surgery infection. Took three days just to get towels to bath. Request soap was told they don't have any of that stuff. Took over a week to get clean sheets mind you I had to put them on myself using one leg. Ring bell for help you were lucky if anyone answered and if they did no follow up for what you asked for. If you need pain meds it could take up to four hours to get. At one time I could hear the aid in the hall I was just addicted to my pain meds after waiting for ever. There was one day my night nurse didn't give me my IV med but told next nurse she did. Unbelievable, that's why I was there to receive IV meds for really bad infection. Wow. Just wow. 9 hours late for pain meds after a knee surgery. No one helped my friend take a shower the 12 days she was there! HEADSUP! They just changed the name to AVIANA. Still garbage. If you love your people, DONT SEND THEM HERE!

NEVER,EVER,EVER,EVER!!!! send your loved ones there. My wife turning 42 tomorrow no one is there to giver her her pain meds or clean her up Lying in her own crap how disgusting. That place ought to be shut down. My 5 year old granddaughter can take better care of her!

I’m so livid it’s unreal. This facility has no morals or even trust worthy people. How is okay or should I say RESPECTFUL for YOUR employee (KENYATTA EPPS) to work at your facility and clock out and go discuss patient health (personal) with others. I had no knowledge that the situation had even happened 2 months ago. I wasn’t informed. And if I wasn’t informed that was due to it was handled or it was being taken care of by POA. So when I was informed on the conversation and I knew that the person who informed me ( a week or two ago) hasn’t seen my dad at the facility nor has been in touch with the POA! Not a good place to take your love ones to do therapy: no communication from the therapist or the Director of the Facility! I discharge my brother myself and continueed his therapy at his house. Arbor Springs Health and Rehabilitation Center is very poorly managed!
