This location has really went down hill. Erica and Diane aren’t pleasant, and the other young ladies are very unprofessional. I believe it’s a family business because there’s no way they are getting away with the amount of ghetto this location displays. They have no professionalism about them at all which is reflected upon calling the office. The proper phone adequate is not there whatsoever. They speak to you as if they are talking to someone out on the streets. To sum it all up in one word would be UNORGANIZED! They tell you that you can schedule shifts through the facilities upon notifying them of your schedule weekly. However, they have a tendency to cancel your shifts (no explanation)that weren’t scheduled with them to begin with. Even if you are under 40 hours! My guess is that they

Filled out an application and called to ask some questions but after talking to whoever answers the phone. I will not be going through with the hiring process. Extremely unprofessional and rude for no apparent reason.
