An angel sent from heaven!!! I had my 91-year-old grandmother with another wound care specialist! Let’s just say they weren’t a fit! So I was referred to Ms. Lopez through word of mouth from other healthcare professionals! The minute we walked into her clinic we were greeted and rapport was immediately established by both her staff and by Ms. Lopez. The fact my grandmother had a stage 4 wound , services were immediately individualized to her needs! My grandmother was immediately addressed because staff saw she was in severe pain. We immediately saw the passion Ms.Lopez has in helping as well as in advocating for her patients and family! Mrs.Lopez guides you through the process as well as provides on going follow up where issues are immediately addressed by staff and by her! You are
I do NOT recommend this nurse practitioner (April Lopez) as their failure to accurately interpret blood test results led to a delayed diagnosis of a life-threatening condition for a family member.
