Tried to work with them. First call December 15. Was told I would receive a call back. There, robo called a lot asking questions. I answered them. Was told I would get a call back. Twice this happened. I can Corp. And they tell me it would be taken care of. Here comes January and no call. February 8th, i called the local office . I'm trying to explain things. Operator cops an attitude. And hangs up. So give it a few minutes while I steam. Call back something i get hung up on. Call corporate and explain what happened. They said they would send an email to the manager. And I would get a call back. I'm still waiting. So called corporate and told them to come and get it. I had enough.
