We had to lay a furry family member to rest. Dr. Arthur and staff were extremely kind, compassionate, and patient with my daughter and with our Lacey. They allowed us time to emotionally and mentally prepare as we said our goodbyes to Lacy, before and after the procedure. Apple Valley animal Hospital has Provided care for our furry family members for over 15 years. The veterinarians at Apple Valley have always looked out for the best interest of our animals. Our experience has always been the best care, and not trying to “add additional services that are not Necessary“. These days, it is hard to find a veterinarian That treats their patients and families with kind and compassionate care. I will always trust my fur babies to the staff at Apple Valley Animal Hospital.

I've been coming to Appley Valley Animal Hospital for many years. I've loved how the Drs cared for my fur babies and spoke with me about everything. The last 2 times I've brought my babies in, once for yearly checkups and just the other day for an injured leg on my cat, I felt extremely rushed, no personal interaction with me, and both times the Drs I saw didn't even introduce themselves to me. I've never seen them prior. This last visit really struck a nerve as I was in the exam room for 45 minutes, after the tech had come in. I had to ask the receptionist if they could find out what was going on. Within 3 minutes, the Dr came in. She spent 5 minutes with the injured leg of my cat and was ready to send me in my way saying he needed surgery that they couldn't do there. I asked for xrays

This was our first visit with our new girl at our new vet! We were extremely nervous parents as we had recently had our lab pass. The entire team at Apple Valley were attentive, kind, detailed, and patient. We were asking questions and all were answered in detail knowing our previous loss. 5/5 or 10/10 if I could go that high. We appreciate your team and look forward to all future visits being as exceptional as the first!

It was time for Snickers', our pooch, to have his Lyme disease and Heartworm blood tests. As always, the staff at Apple Valley Animal Hospital were extremely courteous with unsurpassed expertise!

Love Apple Valley! They have taken excellent care of our multiple dogs and our cat for many years. Everyone is friendly and professional. Would not go anywhere else.
