Apple Urgent Care

Everything about this Urgent Care is wonderful!! Very personable and friendly front desk staff. Back medical assistant very thorough with gathering history and PA Jacob was super professional and efficient as well as making me feel very comfortable. In and out in 35 mins. If I ever need to come back, absolutely no hesitation. Super place.

I've been coming here a few times now but this visit was off-putting. The doctor had no knowledge about the issue I came in for. I did ask for a specific medication because I had done my research so if anything I knew more than him. I evenI asked him about directions on how to take the medication and he said he wasn't familiar with it so he would have to find out lol! When I went to pick up my prescription at Walgreens I find out it's not ready because the instructions were unclear /not given with the order. So now Apple Urgent Care is closed and Walgreens is closed tomorrow because of the holiday, therefore I won't be able to get my prescription until Tuesday unless I go to another urgent care. Front desk, Valerie was pleasant. Cassandra, who took my information in the room as well as my vitals. Listen as to why I was there the provider Jacob Barnato explained what needed to be done and then Mario and Tamika flushed out my ear and then Jacob came back in and removed The cotton out of my ear. I would recommend this facility in a heartbeat. Everyone was friendly and professional and explained everything that was being done thank you so much.

Nice people bad on giving the prescriptions Every other urgent care I’ve been to gave me at least 6 pills here they only gave me three and it’s the weekend of the holidays so I can’t see my primary until Monday.. this sucks.. when they can actually give me the pills.. and the actual dosage says 4-6 ..they only after the insurance money.
