This place has me mixed emotions , everyone was nice and welcoming. Dr. was okay could have been more friendly since this is a children dentistry he was more straight forward. I've visited this office a few times , and unfortunately, one of the front staff has been somewhat disappointing. The front girl tends to focus her conversations on personal topics, often discussing her family and husbands personal life and living situation loudly .(feels like she doesn't mind everyone knowing her personal business and family's poor behavior) While i understand that everyone has their own thing going on professionalism should be kept in a work environment and mostly when kids are around( or at least discussed quietly) . I was Dr. Ko’s patient for nearly half of my life but he has sadly lost his spark and has a demeaning attitude. I used to love to come in and see him- even when he had stopped accepting my insurance I paid cash to visit him because I trusted him so much. Even when I moved away I would drive nearly an hour to see him. Really disappointed with how much he’s changed the last couple of years 😢. I thought he would be my dentist until he retired - I’m really heartbroken about this and feel horrible changing my 5 star review to a 1 star ⭐️.

I had been going here for around 15 years since I was a little kid, and I can safely say this is an AWFUL place. I have so many bad experiences from this office. It hurts like HELL getting the numbing. I thought that was pretty normal since a needle is being injected into my gums, but I went to another office and the pain was barely noticeable. One time he dropped a filling down my throat, and was confused about where it went, while I was choking on it. Another time I asked him if he thought I could use braces. He said “I can’t tell you if you need braces because it would be like a plastic surgeon telling you that you need implants because your breasts are too small.” I was about 14/15 years old at this time. I took my 3 year old here, and the staff is sweet and polite, but the dentist is arrogant and disrespectful. I tried to brush off his attitude , but he acted the same way every appointment. This just must be how he behaves and it's insulting. We've been his patient for over a year. I find no reason to go out of my way to drive to this place anymore. I'm switching dentists at this point. Thanks for nothing.. P.S. my son had hard tarter on his 2 bottom teeth, and the doctor said there's nothing he can do, and we just have to wait for them to fall out. So now I'm going to try Children's Coice Dentistry.. wish me luck.

Very thorough and fast, very nice people working.. Greeted us as we walked in.. very good with kids will recommend this dentist for others to use..
