Apple of My Eye Optometry

Fabulous experience here! I came in as a new patient since my previous optometrist no longer took my insurance. This office is so clean, neat, and pretty! I came in for contacts, but they had a great selection of glasses and carried designer as well. Dr. Pham is the absolute nicest, made me feel comfortable, and she explained everything and was informative the whole way through. The woman who helped me at the desk (sorry didn't catch her name) was very nice and straightforward when explaining pricing to me. I would also like to mention that when I scheduled my appointment over the phone a gentleman answered the phone and he had great customer service. Overall, I'm very happy with my visit here. It was the smoothest, quickest, yet informative experience I've had at an optometrist.

I've been seeing Dr. Pham Diaz since she was inside of the old Sears building. She is very thorough with your exams and explains to you everything she is doing and why. She helps with any issues that you may have with your eyes and doesn't just try to upsell you.

I was sent over here after sears closed down. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses. 1 generic frame and 1 pair of Coach sunglasses. They stated I had picked them up, or a relative. I never received my Coach glasses and I paid for them. It's only me and my son who can't drive so there's no way anyone else could pick them up. But Moises kept insisting that they were "dispensed" and when they're "dispensed" I had to of picked them up. Be careful they'll steal your money!! And you won't get your frames.

The Staff is always friendly, courteous and professional. The doctor is always very informative whenever I asked questions, it’s always a great experience.

Had such a pleasant experience here. I needed an updated eye exam so I called them for an appointment (I think you can do it online too). They charged me $85 for out of pocket (no insurance) which was very reasonable compared to the cost of other places around riverside. All of the staff was very kind and Dr. Pham-Diaz helped me with any questions I had about prescription glasses. Highly recommend!!
