I went in for an emergency appointment needing a root canal and crown, and Dr. Kim was absolutely exceptional. From the start, she handled everything very promptly while still being incredibly careful and thorough. The entire procedure was completely pain-free, which honestly exceeded my expectations for an emergency visit. You can really tell she has great attention to detail and takes pride in her craft—everything felt precise and well thought out. I never felt rushed, yet the work was done efficiently and smoothly. I’m extremely grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend Dr. Kim to anyone looking for a skilled, compassionate dentist.

This dentist wants one thing only: your money. I have chronic pain in my top right and left molars as a direct result of her work (not there before she touched my mouth) and she about blew out my maximum insurance coverage for the year in two visits so I can’t even do anything about it other than tylenol. What to expect when you get there: unclear communication about work to be done so that when you’re getting ready to pay, you’re stuck paying whatever they say; not a moment of downtime, not even for novacaine onset; multiple cavities worked on simultaneously; ROUGH treatment of your face; the fastest dental work you have ever seen at the expense of precision. This lady destroyed my life. She pulled all my teeth out. But she waited time in between until all 9 were pulled out and then offered me then dentures like I was 90 years old. My whole self esteem dropped. My life is very sad and I'm also depressed all the time. Now I have to spend over 30 grand to get everything fixed. Now I'm getting feelings and they fall apart too. I trusted this lady to pick the best plan for me and she picked the best plan for her pockets

I’ve been here twice. Once for cleaning and another time for a filling. Both times I waited 30 plus minutes in the waiting room before being greeted. A week after the filling I was still having severe pain. I just went to another dentist and they did an x-ray to see what was going on. Both teeth next to the one where I got the filling are completely cracked and the filling was done wrong. Instead of having an issue with one tooth I now need three of my teeth done. I’m beyond upset. Do not go to this dentist unless you want more issues than what you walked in with.

never in my life have i ever had the most roughest cleaning done. the room was not clean and implements looked like they were used in several mouths before mine and they did not take new ones out of a packet that usual dentist do. the dentist that had done my cleaning was very rough and rushing and pulling my mouth open so aggressively , stabbed my gums a few times to a point where i was spitting out blood , and my gums were stinging afterwards. they then told me that i had a lot of gaps in my teeth which i have never seen and considered me into getting braces which i’ve already gotten braces three years ago and then assumed that oh since i got braces that means i don’t wear my retainer which i do every single day. i also had mentioned before making an appointment to get x-rays for my wisd
