Apple Family Dental Care

Today was my 2nd office visit but my first meeting Dr. Bogart. I like when a doctor share something about themselves to help make you feel comfortable. I missed meeting him the first visit. He was on paternity leave. Dr. Bogart's son is now 7 months old and doing all he can to keep up with his older sibling. I like him. My hygienist Amy is the best. I followed her here since our previous dentist retired earlier this year.

The last bunch of times I've been here I was brought to the back over 10 mins after my scheduled time. A lot of times I have to go to the front to see if we need to reschedule. It's getting old. When I did get back there the people were friendly and knowledgeable.

The dentists at Apple Family Dental make you feel welcome and have a great chair side manner. I just met Amy the hygienist for the first time today. She has a gentle touch and is very caring and compassionate. I’m supposed to return in 6 months, but chose to wait for 8 months just so I could see her on a Thursday at 8 AM. The check out staff are very accommodating. The absolute best dental practice I have been to.

Dr. Machado and his staff at Apple Family Dental have bent over backwards to accommodate my dental needs. On an emergency basis their office has repaired crowns and affected repairs in other dental emergencies on the day I called. The hygienists are very thorough with their cleanings. Office staff are very easy and reasonable to deal with. I strongly recommend the Apple Family Dental to anyone looking for a skilled and reliable dental practitioner you’d like to keep long-term for the family. Our hygienist, Amy, was amazing with my daughter who has autism! She was gentle and explained everything, and it calmed my daughter greatly. This is the longest our whole family has stayed with one dentist office. Beautiful facility and great location.
