Apple Discount Drugs

​First impressions are everything to me! I live in Mardela Springs and I'm looking for a pharmacy that delivers to my home near San Domingo/Sharptown, MD. I will revise this review after I get my first home delivery from Apple Discount Drugs.

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. My parents have been customers for almost 20 years, and over the last couple years, the service here has plummeted significantly. NEVER IN MY LIFE have I heard of an employee telling someone NO to buying something out of their store. “Go to Amazon” they said. “It’ll be cheaper” when the money was in hand and ready to be bought that day. My step dad took his CPAP machine in because he was told they would be able to evaluate it and see if something is working wrong with it, once he brought it in IMMEDIATELY, not sure if her name is Wendy or Kim told them that she could not fix it. OBVIOUSLY, you cannot fix the damn machine but can you tell me what’s wrong with it??? Once she reluctantly DID HER JOB, she suggested that the supplies needed was TOO EX

Apple Discount Drugs is ok. I switched my prescriptions here because Rite Aid is about to be closing in 7 days because of bankruptcy. I wish I can get some message from my phone to tell when my prescriptions are ready but for now I have to stick to the new change of plans.

I need a c pap to keep me breathing at night. End of Nov I called Apple Drug because I had not received my new supplies. I was told that I needed a new prescription and that when they called the Dr she said I needed an appointment to get a refill. I called the Dr on Dec 6 th and the prescription was received by Apple drugs. Today is December the 26th and I called again because I have had to jury rig my mask and everything is worn out. I was told last week when I called That the prescription was being filled seven days later I’m told it’s in transit but don’t expect it until the 28th. Really horrible horrible service for somebody who depends on their supplies and their CPAP machine to breathe to keep them alive. I have tried to call Apple Discount Drugs over 5 times since November 20, 2024. I texted them twice in December. I previously ordered from them, but it’s doubtful that I will be able order to again! They aren’t calling or texting me back. How does one get in touch with them?
