They operate with respect, concern and, quickly to provide and, schedule what is needed for an individual. They truly listen to you to assist you and, your needs. Be sure to inform them you desire to gain an earlier appointment then what you are scheduled for and, then they will place you on a list so, you may obtain a earlier appointment. Make sure you address it quickly due to the fact the open earlier appointment can be obtained quickly by another patient. Ask for details on how this works. Dr. Lindsey and his MA, Paige, have significantly improved my 8-year-old son's health. Last year was challenging due to his ADHD and ADD, but Dr. Lindsey's compassionate care has transformed his ability to focus and retain information. He is now an AB honor roll student and was named star student of the week. Dr. Lindsey listened attentively to our concerns and found the right medication and dosage to help my son excel. I highly recommend scheduling an appointment with him if your child has mental health needs, as he genuinely cares about his patients and provides exceptional care. Avoid App Family Medicine if you value proper care and follow-through. I went in for a simple refill on a prescription I’ve been on for 20+ years. The resident gave me a different medication — not what I asked for. When I called back, they told me I’d need to come in again just to request the same prescription I’ve been on for decades. I asked to speak to the medical director and was given the “sales manager” — a clerical staff member with no medical qualifications. She told me they probably still wouldn’t fill it even if I came back. I I reiterated I wanted the medical director, who is licensed, to call me back. I have Yet to receive any call. I have received great care with one of the residents. However, it is nearly impossible to get an appointment. Called to schedule an appointment for a new medical issue and told no appointments were available with my doc at least until January (5 months) and they can’t schedule in January or beyond as they don’t have the residents’ schedules. Also tried to schedule a physical and told I can only see a resident for my annual physical (as the doctors won’t see other doctor’s patients) and none of the residents have availability for a physical in next 5 months and they can’t schedule for later as they don’t have schedules that far out. This office is accepting way too many patients and they can’t keep up. It’s really disappointing and it needs to stop. I just saw this office advertised across
