Saeed at ApoThera provided a level of personal care that’s incredibly rare these days. He was incredibly kind, responsive, and went out of his way to answer all my questions. It’s clear he truly cares about his patients and provides excellent service. I never felt rushed or like just another number, he truly made me feel cared for. In a time when most pharmacies feel impersonal and transactional, his service stood out in the best way. Highly recommend!

While I was pleased to find a service that could fulfil my prescription, this was my first time not using a big "brand" name pharmacy, so while I was in the process of sending over full payment I also asked for them to just explain their process and services a bit so I can make sure I was going about my health treatment carefully. immediately i was told he would not take me on as a customer and block me. rude As a response, there was no false accusations made. In today's world with these new medications, one has a right to advocate for themselves and ask for clarification in ones business and know where their medications are coming from. This is NOT a false accusation.

I get tested for COVID every two weeks. They charge $100 flat. I am usually in and out in 15 minutes with my test results. The process is very streamlined and professional. Very impressed!

Not reliable. Called first, the guy said ok come will do the test. We show up, the guy takes off his gloves refuses to do the test and just goes back in the building. Detail: we get out to do the test, he's dressed and ready, then tells us we must be in the car for the test. We're confused because all other test locations past 6months you come out of the car. We go back in the car, and he says: "you know what forget it, go get the test somewhere else." and refuses to do the covid test. We ask why? What happened? We're back in the car. He just repeats: "please please go get the test somewhere else". Doesn't give any more info, stops talking, and goes back in the building. Strangest experience ever.
