Apotheco Pharmacy Princeton

Called to follow up on my prescription from a week ago and was met by an incredibly rude customer service technician. She acted liked she couldn't be bothered with my questions and said they were still waiting on approval from insurance and hung up on me! I have never had problems having prescriptions filled before. First experience with them. I will not attempt to use them ever again.

No weekend hours have to wait till Monday to get my script transferred to a local pharmacy because the person on the phone my insurance rep talked to acted like they were a local pharmacy and I could pick up a script up any time when they are no where near me and noy my local pharmacy had to wait till Monday to get my script transferred thank you so incompetent!!!

The pharmacy in and of itself is great. The people that work there and answer the phones are super helpful, patient and kind. Their delivery service, not so much. Not sure if this has changed or if there are just new people doing the delivering. Last week, they struggled to find my building (not a big deal, it happens). After clarifying the address and physical traits of my building I received a notification that is was delivered about 2 hours later. When I went downstairs (concierge takes our packages for us) the package was no where to be found. This has never happened before so I honestly thought my concierge misplaced it. I left a voicemail that evening about the incident for the pharmacy hoping that I could receive a replacement. The next morning I was awakened, early, by someone knoc

Absolutely perfect. Once we confirmed that my doctor’s office had submitted the prescription, I provided my insurance information and the order was placed. My medication arrived two days later. My only complaint was that delivery occurred in the evening without them ringing the bell. We didn’t see the package until the next morning. Fortunately the deer and other critters didn’t run off with it - must not have been hungry!!!

Great for my prescriptions. They send out reminders via text and call when needed. The shipping is very fast. Sometimes it arrives next day! The staff I spoke to on the phone have always been very nice and respectable.
