She was kind and professional and explained that newer staff may not yet be fully trained to handle situations like this with appropriate care and concern. I appreciate her effort to address the situation. (2 star) 1 star: The staff at Apotheco Pharmacy were consistently rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and concern regarding the recent delivery of my daughter’s medication by your contracted medical courier service. As a company that prides itself on providing “white glove treatment,” I was absolutely horrified by the way this delivery was handled. The package—containing critical medication that I paid over $600 out-of-pocket for—was literally chucked onto my driveway by the courier and left without any attempt to safely deliver it or ensure it reached the appropriate hands. The service itself was excellent. The only glitch is that I got a text that the order was cancelled, only to call and find out that that's what happens when the order can't be filled yet because an ingredient is not readily available. All good. It still came in a timely fashion.

Outstanding on all accounts. Price (which saved me from possibly triggering a higher tier and large copay on my insurance) and service. I am contacted to find out when/if I need a refill. When I do, it arrives almost immediately. You can’t do better!
