Awesome experience. Everyone was courteous, professional and caring. From the phone appt, front desk, child friendly waiting room, nurse and provider Dr. Angie Hernandez, they made my child feel comfortable and happy. Even after receiving vaccines, she calmed quickly because of the support she received. Thank you for treating my child with so much care.

My daughter is 27 and I’ve been going to them since she was a newborn and since Dr. Cereb and Melody were at island kids. I had one incident in the 27 years of going to them with a NP and the office manager made sure to step in and try to help. My son has also been going since he was a newborn and is now 19, the office staff is always so sweet and attentive, we’re never waiting long to be seen.

Always thorough and the kindest doctors and staff at Broadway location. My daughter needed a last minute appointment yesterday because she was very ill after school, the office accommodated our schedules and fit her in for a visit.Dr Hernandez was fantastic! This practice has been my daughter’s pediatrician for 16 years. Highly recommend.

The new nurse practitioner there is absolutely amazing with the kids. Parents, too. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Place is always spotless.

First of all, I try scheduling appointment for my kids but they were very horrible because it took me more than a month guess it bcos we was a new patient they were asking for my kids Physical and Vaccine records of which my old clinic supposedly told me was faxed, I then called the office and was told they received it and I was finally scheduled to come in on a monday for the appointment, only for me to get to the office and was told they didn't receive nothing am like, I called and some staff answered and was told they received the documents...I was there almost for the entire day, but I can say they figured it out and helped...At least the stress is worth the wait, went home with great joy because everything was taken care of!...Thank you so much to the team, God bless you all.
