APEX Spine and Neurosurgery

The staff is very helpful, kind, and professional. The office is very nice and clean. I had been seen by the PA who is very kind, informative and professional and took his time explaining how my spine is curved, missing two discs and has arthritis . He showed me my MRI and explained what the results were and how the disk replacement procedure will be performed. He is very personable and easy to talk to. He answered all my questions and made me feel at ease about the surgery. The only downside is that I had to wait for over an hour and no one had informed me.

Well, I really was nervous for my cervical epidural injection. Although I done a lot of research about it. Nurse Assistant made feel very relaxed. She got me ready for the procedure. Doctor came friendly and explained want was about to happen. The procedure felt some movement that's it. Then was over, great patient care thank you. And, the receptionist at the desk always nice.

Wish I could do a -1000 stars as this office is a joke! Doctors are NOT local and if you need surgery you have to drive 2 hours away to get it done because they do NOT do surgery in Columbus only in Atlanta. Oh and don't listen to them if they tell you they are in network with your insurance. Their clinics maybe be but NOT their surgery center. They said my surgery was approved but after getting a huge bill from them and contacting my insurance; I quickly found out that their surgery center isn't in network with my insurance which they failed to inform me. Now they are threatening to sue me if I don't pay this huge bill when I am out of work and live on a fixed budget. Don't try to call the office cause no one ever answers when I finally got a hold of them; I was transfered to some lady c

One of the best clinics I’ve been to. 8 years of dealing with military Doctors this clinic is a complete 180. Dr actually seems to care and build plans patients can understand and follow

Great DR & PA. Nine months post surgury and still takes their time to listen and treat the patient not just the problem. Fantastic follow up & follow thru. Some holdups with administrative/paperwork issues but overall very pleased with DR Ayers & Brian Young, PA.
