Apex Physical Therapy Wandermere

I have been receiving PT from Apex for almost 10 years. My experience with my therapist Megan & the support staff has been nothing less than positive! Megan is a highly experienced & talented therapist that has helped me Y to navigate & overcome some of my challenging health issues The facility is clean & extremely easy to navigate. Whenever I've needed assistance entering or exiting the building there is always someone there with a smile on their face to help me. I would highly recommend Apex to anyone looking for caring as well as professional physical therapy. M. McBride

I have been to Apex Physical Therapy for my shoulders, knees, back over the past decade or so and have always received excellent care. The Physical Therapists do a thorough detailed initial assessment and tailor the exercises to whatever part of the body that needs treatment. I don't feel like I get cookie cutter exercises which I have experienced at other Physical Therapy providers. As long as I do the exercises that are provided to me I have excellent resultsI. I highly recommend Apex Pysical Therapy (I rarely rate things this high unless I am truly impressed)

Megan is so great! She makes the visit so fun and not miserable! The front office is also great! A great office front to back. Heather is a wonderful help navigating insurance and scheduling! The office is clean and inviting. My daughter’s PT, Megan, is extremely knowledgeable. She keeps current within her field teaching and networking. Her dedication to her clients shines with a wide range of therapy exercises and techniques. So glad we found Apex.

I would not recommend this physical therapy office. The lack of concern for patients was frustrating. The environment felt one-sided—supportive of the therapists but dismissive of patients’ time and experience. Compassion and accountability were clearly missing. The staff showed little concern for patients’. It felt like the office was focused on accommodating the therapists rather than caring for the patients. Overall, the experience felt one-sided and uncaring. I expected professionalism and respect, but unfortunately did not receive it.
