Apex Performance & Chiropractic

I seriously cannot say enough good things about Apex! After not getting any long term results with a previous chiropractor, I decided to stop going and just live with the pain. Over the years, the pain became less and less manageable. When I finally decided to look for a new place, I found Apex & Dr. Troy. Their focus is on finding the root of the issue rather than just providing temporary relief and sending you on your way. After stretches, at-home exercises, and dry needling, it’s safe to say I live pain-free… something I didn’t think was possible just a few months. I cannot recommend Apex enough!!

Gregg at Apex Performance & Chiropractic is awesome. I’ve been seeing him for massage therapy and Active Release Technique (ART), and it’s made a huge difference. He really knows what he’s doing and takes the time to figure out what’s actually causing the problem instead of just treating the symptoms. I always leave feeling better and with more mobility. If you’re in the Omaha area and need help with pain, tight muscles, or numbness, I’d definitely recommend going to Gregg.

Great facility. They listen to your concerns, and truly want you to get better and see them less! More importantly, I can already see improvement after 1 visit. Huge in my book!

I had scar tissue from surgeries that made it difficult to sleep. I saw Gregg to release the tension. He stayed late when my schedule didn’t work and really seems to actually want to help people. Apart from being one of the nicest people I’ve ever met he genuinely helped me and after three visits so far i can rest a lot better.
