Apex Heart & Vascular Center

Today, I had an great first time office visit this time for myself as my son comes here as well. The front desk staff Marie is always so kind and polite in person and on the phone.. I had the pleasure of meeting Tangie she was so polite and attentive as well while reviewing medical history/medicines, taking vitals, performing the EKG and hooking the heart monitor on to me. I really loved Tangie, she so funny and full of life and I enjoyed talking to her. The nurse practitioners Funke was kind, polite and knowledgeable. She explained things, asked if I have any questions and stated its very nice to have met me. So far so good!👍 Great team and will definitely recommend this practice.

The practice itself is great. I had a wonderful NP who was very informative and explained things clearly. Overall, I had an excellent experience with her. The reason I am leaving a three-star review is because of the front desk staff and the manager. I found myself getting frustrated because I felt that things were not clearly communicated regarding my care from the start. At times, it felt like I had to lead my own care rather than being guided through the process. Additionally, when I had questions, the manager did answer them, but it often felt as though responding was an inconvenience. Most recently, I called to request the phone number for the hospital where the doctor practices so I could schedule something. While I was speaking, she said my name in a way that felt like she was try

I had a great experience here. The office was clean and the wait was minimal. Tangy assisted me when they first took me back and she was amazing. She made me feel very comfortable. The whole staff was very nice and attentive. Im happy they sent me here because I was very satisfied with my care.

you know a heart doctor is a heart doctor. They rely upon all their instruments and their technology. This doctor is obviously a heart doctor, but what really stood apart for me was the office staff. Every single one of them and I mean every single one of them was honest upfront, and the most surprising thing was they actually knew what they were talking about understood my insurance and made me feel comfortable for the second. I walked into the office. Face it you're never gonna get a call from the doctor. He's never gonna talk to you much either so your whole experience is based upon the office staff and his office staff is superior When you call ask for Maria, she'll treat you right and if she isn't available, the office manager is just as excellent. I 100% recommend this office.

The cardiology office was very nice, quick, and attentive. The intake nurse, Cynthia, was very soft spoken and kind. They made me feel heard and asked many questions regarding my reason for visit!
