Apex Heart & Vascular Care

My initial experience with Apex Heart & Vascular with Dr. Oh in 12/2024 after being discharged from the hospital. I had a Cardiac MRI at Newark Beth Israel on 10/31/2025. I went to Dr. Patel on 11/19/2025 to go over my MRI Cardiac results in Hoboken, NJ in which I printed the preliminary results and took it to the above appointment. I signed a Record Release for the rest of the Cardiac MRI report on 11/19/2025 and was told I will get a call in 2 weeks to have a telemedicine to go over Cardiac MRI results. Well more than 2 weeks went by and I received a call from Apex stating Dr. Patel wants to go over my abive results . That never happened . I have been waiting to go iver my above results since 11/2025. Today is 1/7/2026 and I still have not heard from any doctor about my results. I have m

Terrible experience. I scheduled a 1:00 PM appointment, drove two hours, and was left waiting with no communication for an hour. When I asked about the delay, staff were rude and indifferent. This clinic disrespects patients’ time and shows no professionalism. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

If I can give it no zeros, I would. Totally unprofessional a complete no show. I was called to confirm my appointment for 9 AM today. And there was no one in the office.No one came to open, no doctors, no one. I called the main number and they told me someone will be there in ten minutes. First of all, the forms they texted me to fill out.Wanted me to confirm a no show fee. When this office never showed up for me, who's paying my fee? Unprofessional, and I don't think it's a good idea to pick this office for any doctor from here to give you medical advice if they don't have the decency to even show up for their own visits. This is for the bayonne office.

Today was my first time at the Bayonne location of Apex Heart &Vascular and I prefer it over the one on Palisades. The staff was very helpful . MOST IMPORTANTLY , my father was taken care of the way every patient should. My father has hearing problems so no doctor ever tries to explain anything to him , and ultimately ,it makes him feel bad. Today he wasn’t invisible and a real person made him feel valued . That’s priceless .

I was asked my primary doctor to do an echo cardiograph and I called them for that took a schedule for Echo. When I go to Apex Heart & Vascular Care. They treat me as a new patient for diagnosis with Doctors Assistant not by regular doctor and then they did my Echo. But interesting is they did bill to insurance for full visit & then for the Echo. As I was there for Echo only they should do Echo only not as a new patient there.
