I visited this dental clinic on February 5. From the start, the experience was very positive. The staff greeted me in a friendly and professional manner, which immediately set the right tone. The clinic is very clean, modern, and well organized. Dr. Anya is highly professional and straightforward. Everything was explained clearly, without any pressure or unnecessary recommendations. The pricing is fair and transparent, which I respect. What really stood out was the X-ray equipment. I’ve never seen anything like it before. You sit down, and the machine slowly scans around your head — it felt almost like an MRI. Very advanced, precise, and comfortable. Great dental office, every experience has been wonderful so far. The pricing was very affordable, and I never felt pressured into any extra service, only what I needed. I feel like they really do care about the patients and were incredibly supportive of my dental anxiety. Everyone from the front desk to the hygienists and the dentists was kind, patient, and professional. I highly recommend this office.

I have recommended this dental office to many people. I LOVE my hygienist, Ann. She is amazing. She does a great job. She is kind and gentle and her space is comforting and welcoming. She is the exact hygienist I needed to bring down my anxiety of going to the dentist. I’ve been with this office for about 14 years. They do have a new dentist and I’ve liked my experience with her so far. But the hygienist is the one you spend the most time with and can make or break the experience. Ann is the best one I’ve ever had.

I strongly encourage anyone visiting this office to ask for a copy of your X-rays and seek a second opinion elsewhere. I was told I needed far more dental work than was actually necessary. They quoted me a treatment plan totaling $10,500 then referred me to an endodontist for a root canal—which they don’t perform in-office—and added an extra $2,000 fee with their referral. In total, my bill would have been $11,500, even with insurance. For comparison, a local amicable dentist in Gate Parkway quoted the same work for $2k. This is an extreme overcharge and feels morally wrong. Do not finance with them- they are over charging and preying on emotional purchase. They lied and said my insurance is unable to cover more. I went in for a dental emergency, not a treatment plan consultation. I made that very clear. I don’t mind paying for emergency care, but I paid $149, spent over an hour, and nothing was done. No help. No fix. No relief. They could not address the emergency at all. Instead, the focus was on selling future treatments, which is not appropriate when someone is there seeking urgent care. This was an emergency place, during an emergency time, and the response was neither fair nor professional. Wasting someone’s time and money during a dental emergency is unacceptable. I left frustrated, and deeply disappointed. They called after I left , I guess they felt that was not right what they did, and told me they were Going to refund… waiting for that… cause at least looks like I just lost my time a
