Bad service! 0 star if I could! Provider to provider... I am a medical provider myself and I know the importance of punctuality, in keeping up the appointment times. However, I am also aware that life happens, unforeseen circumstances and delays can happen. So being 5 -10 minutes late (because of traffic, taking care of my patients, even though I left early, call in ahead to inform and account for this!) I feel is not enough reason to turn away your patients! Why? because your provider has a meeting? so you mean to say I am only worth 5-10 minutes of your service that you can't spare time for me being not on the dot. Okay. I understand that, however, if your service is slow and patients have to wait for the provider 30-40 minutes out of the scheduled time, it is okay? I guess, compassio

I came in for a physical 30 minutes before my appt to complete the paperwork. I was in the building for 1.5 hours before seeing my doctor miss Green. I had to text my supervisor and use additional PTO, basically half a day of work, to get a physical. There is no sense of urgency and they clearly do not respect my time or their own scheduling. Their office was unable to do lab work at the time, so I had to schedule lab work at a different hospital, on a different day, taking even more time off work. I received my results from that hospital, but the team here insisted I schedule another(!) appointment so they can read the results to me, from the results I have already received and read. I insisted I did not want to schedule a third appointment as I cannot take this much time off work, for

We really liked Mrs Green when we first moved here. We found the medical field sorely lacking in Las Cruces as it was. We, as a family, established her as our family doctor. I have a history of pneumonia and when I felt what I thought was a flare-up of pneumonia I called to get an appointment and they couldn't get me in for a month. I knew I couldn't wait that long so I took the month out appointment and got in with an associate of hers from the same medical association/hospital the next day. I saw this new doctor once to get diagnosed for pneumonia and once for a checkup. That was it. When I was up for my one month out appointment with Mrs Green her office called me and told me she had fired me as a patient because I had established with another doctor. I have a great experience with this office at every visit!! Dr. Green is amazing! She takes the time to listen to my concerns and helps me develop strategies to improve my overall health. She is very knowledgeable and very eager to get to the source of a problem. Dr. Green and her medical assistants are always available when I need them. I would recommend Dr. Green to anyone and everyone!

This provider is amazing! She took time to go over all my concerns about my son at his well child care and was on time and got us out quickly!
