If you’re looking for a new physician, look elsewhere. Dr. Gonzalez is a great doctor knowledgeable, kind, and thorough but unfortunately, the operations of his practice have become awful. I’ve been a patient for over seven years, and ever since his transition from Barnabas, the efficiency and communication in his office have gone downhill. As someone who works in healthcare, this is disheartening to witness. I’ve been trying to complete a simple annual physical for nearly four weeks. My first appointment was booked online, but when I arrived, the office was closed. I rescheduled for September and was told I needed outside bloodwork.
