Orthodontist instructed assistant to show me how to put on and remove bands. Assistant provided no written, verbal, or visual instruction. Very frustrating. Can't put them on. Also, Had to google how to put on and take off my invisalign as well. Just expected to figure out on my own i guess.

From the moment I walked in until my final steps out the door, the entire staff was professional, courteous, and accommodating. This is truly a top-notch state-of-the-art practice.
