Everything was great at Dr Pastena's office until Summit health bought them like every other big corporation they are just out for your money. And now have mediocre doctors who don't listen to what you're saying and just sent you for a test and bloodwork. They're not really in tune with their patients. Dr. Pastena was excellent at diagnosing things but the other people in the office are as good as looking it up on Google, because they don't think out of the box at all they just send you for testing and bloodwork and don't consider you as a whole person. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a doctor’s office. I’d been going here for two years, but I won’t be returning. They treat you as nothing more than a dollar sign, with little regard for your health or well-being. They seem to find every possible way to overcharge. I went in for a routine physical exam, and they billed me extra for a few questions the doctor asked—claiming these were “out of scope” for a physical. It’s absurd. On top of that, they charged me for lab work they assured me would be fully covered by insurance, yet I keep getting surprise bills after each appointment. They shouldn’t even call themselves doctors when they clearly don’t care about patients’ health and are just focused on squeezing every dollar out of you. Do yourself a favor—avoid this offi

Doctor pastena is the best doctor i know. His staff is always so helpful and they such a pleasure. I will always recommend doctor pastena he the best and cares about his patients. I love the office they friendly and polite. Never had an issue always a pleasure to see all of them.

Although I have never met Dr Pastena I did have the pleasure to work with both of his PA’s Kirsten and Rimple. I can not say enough wonderful things on these 2 ladies. Kirsten and Rimple are both kind, caring and extremely knowledgeable PA’s. The office staff is great. Every time I phone in the office staff is always warm and friendly. I plan on using them for my sons who have a rare medical issue. I am very lucky to have this staff as my medical care givers

I’ve been searching for a pcp since 2017 and today I finally found one! Today was my first visit with Dr. Pastena and I can’t tell you how happy I was with my visit. He is very thorough, knowledgeable, patient, asked a tons of questions and didn’t make me feel like I was just another patient. As of today he will be my family physician. His staff was professional and courteous and I didn’t wait more than 10 minutes to be seen. Overall, it was an excellent first visit!!
