Dr. Espinoza and his staff are exceptional. They're very caring and very attentive listener. Dr. Espinoza takes time to listen to his patient and gives thorough explanation of plan of care to his patient. Brittany is very nice and respectful. They only got one star because I can't leave none.I choe them online in Dec.as I was changing carriers and needed a primary,so when my new card came,his name was on it.After playing phone tag for 2 months,I reached someone within their network of offices,who informed me that my old primary was in their network of Dr.s so my chart was already available,still no appt.May the 5th I had a fall that required hospitalization and surgery,while in my room the advanced care person called ,actually reached the office and obtained an appt. for the Fri.following my Thurs discharge,which was after p.m.After scurrying to find mobility aides in the hours between,we were left with scant time to get there in 4 o'clock traffic,calling to relay this,we were told to hurry or my appt would be cancelled after a
