AnswersNow ABA Therapy

This company is not worth the time it would take you to dial the phone number. If I could have given zero stars I would have. They are quick to get your intake information, but then trying to reach someone for assistance is ridiculous. They cannot transfer you to a live person. You call and they send an email to someone else. 90% of communication is done via text message. They withhold information regarding insurance coverage until they have spent enough time with you so that they can bill you for the services. My son is 12 years old and I have dealt with a lot of ABA companies over the years due to military moves, but I have never seen such an unprofessional communication system. This company is absolute trash. I highly advise you to seek services elsewhere.

My child has been getting virtual therapy which has helped her but their billing practices are disturbing. Since the end of last year till now my family understood that the insurance was covering the therapy. Then at the beginning of February this month we get one invoice with all of the charges of her sessions for the past four/five months. We were never made aware that they had been piling up. We never received a text, email, or mail regarding our past due invoices besides the one we just got. And now I've been trying to call their billing Dept and after a few prompts and about ten minutes of ringing it goes straight to voicemail. My emails have gone unanswered. My voicemails have not been returned.

My daughter does virtual ABA thru answers now. We are in our second year doing it this way. Originally I applied at five centers in Georgia for ABA and NO ONE would call back and communicate. At my wits end I contacted answers now. They took a while to get up certify through our insurance but communicated with us brilliantly. We've had the same bcba the entire time. She is absolutely amazing. We are seeing positive changes in our girl and her ability to communicate and stand up for herself

Do NOT and I repeat DO NOT waste your time with this company. Their customer service sucks. They do not know how to properly communicate regarding upcoming appointments and treatment. They will schedule an appointment only to cancel which means you will have a copay and a deductible from your insurance. Think twice before contacting them and please do your research. I was matched with a GREAT BCBA who is compassionate, down to earth & empathetic. She has given me invaluable insights and tools that have helped my son with his verbal communication and has helped me to raise him with a new level of understanding and patience because navigating parenthood is tough as it is but when you add Autism to the equation it adds another layer that at times is very challenging. I didn't have to wait long from the time I signed up, to going thru the intake process and starting caregiver services. So I would definitely recommend AnswersNow because the virtual aspect of the training is flexible and easily fits in my schedule and allows me to be comfortable at home.
