The good: I have been very satisfied with the help to understand and quickly address issues with prescriptions. Lakesha has been very helpful with has timely responses. The medical staff have also been helpful to explain expectations in words that I understand. The confusing: The parent portal does not include the practice statement on the page that I am expected to confirm agreement to it. I highlighted this conflict to the staff a few times, who told me that management decided not to post it on the portal. Is this hard to find for a reason?

I had the pleasure of speaking with Vanessa a call center representative, and I was truly impressed by her professionalism and genuine care for me and my family. From the moment the call began, she was attentive, patient, and approachable, making me feel heard and respected. She explained everything clearly, anticipated my questions, and went above and beyond. What really stood out was her warmth and positive energy — even over the phone, it was clear she genuinely cared about helping. Her dedication and empathy turned what could have been a stressful experience into one that was smooth. I deeply appreciate the exceptional service she provided. Just wanted to share my fantastic experience with Nichole Fusco NP and team this week! First time mom, and first time sick visit. Nichole was extremely thorough and showed great patience with me. She addressed all of my concerns with no judgment as anxieties were high! I felt at ease leaving! Thanks so much for the excellent care!

This office is so convenient for parents. They round on you in hospital if you deliver at luminous (AAMC) and have a lactation specialist who was very helpful. There were many great pediatricians who you could see consistently, however because we werent tracking anything serious I would typically prioritize time and availability over seeing the same doc every time. Despite seeing a different pediatrician every time, they have a very good handoff process and each new doctor was very informed on my child’s chart so I never felt like there was lapse. They have a 24/7 nurse line that I called many times during various illnesses/ first time parents newborn questions that was very helpful and would follow up with text instructions. Dr Turner is absolutely wonderful. We LOVE her. She is down-to-earth and has made me feel so much more confident as a first time mom. My reason for deducting a star is that the check-in process is extremely cumbersome and the online portal has been useless to us. We couldn’t even track his height & weight stats online. Please use a different system!! The annoying check in process has genuinely made me consider switching practices.
