Annapolis Pediatric Gastroenterology and Nutrition: Dr. Ahmet Aybar

Dr.Aybar is wonderful! We've had nothing but a positive experience with him he asks an abundance of questions to gather proper medical history. Hes the only doctor we've found that actually seems to care about my son's issues and he seemed to believe me unlike doctors even at the pediatric ER. We are grateful for his services, time, and caring he shows for helping our son. His front desk team are wonderful and so kind as well!

Dr Aybar is a godsend. He is patient and kind and has been so wonderful to work with. He is patient and has been knowledgeable about all my concerns every step of the way. It was difficult to get an appt before we came in. He's just that busy! Once I got the hours down, it was a breeze. Now we always schedule a followup visit before we leave. Everyone in this office is kind and polite.

First and foremost, the secretary and nurse at the front desk were amazing. So nice and worked with my son so well. Unfortunately the doctor himself could not have been more different. He was miserable and it felt like we were a nuisance even being there. He asked questions that seemed like from a gastro 101 list and had the bedside manner of someone working at the DMV. I could not be more disappointed in his overall demeanor and would not recommend anyone bringing their child there.

Bedside manner is lacking. Minimal eye contact, not personable how a pediatric provider should be. Mostly addressed me and not the patient even though they were an older child. Not sure why there are so many 5 star reviews- def would not recommend.

I am trying to become a new patient and he’s asking about who he sees at another practice. Like it doesn’t matter it’s about my child and their health. Why do you need to know if you know the doctor. Sheesh! My child is chronically sick. And he keeps saying ok, ok, ok,,,,,,,,, as I am trying to speak. Just listen and why do you need to know the doctor.
