My experience with Denisha and Dr. Goldstein was ideal. I was hesitant to ask too many questions because I know their office is so busy, but skin care has become very important to me as I enter my 50’s… and the internet is saturated with information and marketing directed toward aging women who want to age gracefully and take care of our skin - yet not all of us can afford to spend a fortune Denisha was lovely, kind, and patient when I mentioned I had a few (more than a few) questions. She answered all of them, and then even asked her own in order to gain more information current routines and needs. Dr. Goldstein came in for the purpose of our visit and then proceeded to answer my unrelated but pressing questions about aging skin care ;) She was knowledge, honest, direct and to the point,

Tbh the experience was very pleasant, from the receptionist to the techs to the NP I saw “ Rachel Quinn” However, I’m having a skin issue and I do feel as if she rushed the appointment and didn’t really take time to analyze the issue . I told her about my Keritosis and this weird dry skin I was experiencing and she looked for like a min and recommended a lotion. I hate when you have to pay just to be rushed , that’s the only problem I had . Maybe next time I’ll get an actual doctor

I never had an explicitly bad experience there, however I switched because any time I had a bump or blip that I wanted off either for checking or "just incase" (I know you know) they would refer me to the cosmetic laser portion of their practice. I have never experienced anything like this, I switched to another derm who has no problem taking off worrying spots right then and there. I appreciate that because I feel like it's important to not have concerning looking mole

Very professional and caring staff. Always listen to my concerns and discuss options with me.

Four stars for medical expertise and thoroughness. Less one for reception staff gossiping about weekend Less one for massive data hack that results in my information being out there (more), and the CEO doesn't think it worthwhile to send an email - just one from the identity protection company they're offering coverage under.
