Anna Jaques Hospital

I recently delivered my baby at this facility, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Labor & Delivery department and the entire recovery staff. Every nurse I encountered was truly amazing, even though I unfortunately can’t remember all of their names. My L&D nurse, Tami, deserves special recognition—she was incredible. I was hoping for an unmedicated labor, and with her constant support, encouragement, and care, I was able to achieve that goal. My condition was clearly communicated and well known among all of the nursing staff, and every single person I interacted with made my labor, delivery, and recovery feel easy, calm, and completely stress-free. Dr. Raju was my OB and was absolutely amazing throughout my entire pregnancy. I felt supported, informed, and truly cared for

Had a colonoscopy today. I got there early and they took me early and it wasn’t because they weren’t busy. The team is like a pit crew. Everybody has an assigned job and they are good at it! I never felt so taken care of in my life. I am the type of person that is curious so I ask questions. Every person was happy to answer the questions. Nobody was impatient. Amazing service! You have to fast for a colonoscopy so when my procedure was complete and I awake again, I was offered food and drinks! It’s the little things! God bless these people. They care! Thank you for making me feel like a king!

Waiting at ER for 6hrs! We got here out of abundance of caution. My son was admitted but has to spend the night in ER on a bed in a corridor (no free rooms). They would not discharge him, although he’s fine now. They brought wrong pills and have to re-order (it takes more than one hour for them to get all his proper pills!!!)

My husband had knee replacement surgery on Nov 4. Dr Mattheos is a rock star!!! It came out awesome. He had an A fib issue on the 2nd day when he was supposed to leave. He left the 3rd floor staff that went above and beyond to ccu on the 2nd floor. They too were amazing as well. Can't say enough about the staff. The food was pretty darn good too! Very happy with Anna Jacques Hospital.

Anna Jaques Labor and delivery department went above and beyond to ensure my comfort during my delivery. The nurses were so tentative to baby and I. They were a great help seeing this is my first baby. Nurses Shea, Melissa, Sommer, Geena, Christin, and Melinda truly made my experience as great and stress free as possible. Dr Raju is a phenomenal doctor, I had full trust in him being my OB the whole pregnancy. He was amazing right up to the delivery! Couldn’t recommend him or this facility enough! Thank you Anna Jaques!
