Anna Jaques Hospital Lab Patient Service Center

My husband had blood drawn this morning. His CPC called urging us to immediately return to the ER as blood work results required emergency MRI/blood transfusion. Two hours later, no blood transfusion or emergency MRI was needed as blood results were either taken or analyzed and reported incorrectly! My husband uses a walker and wheelchair. Both trips to Anna Jacques were time consuming and arduous for us, let along frightening considering emergency procedures!!! Love having Anna Jacques in ou r community, but, wow, get better…PLEASE!

I've always had great service and experience getting my blood drawn. No pain and they are quick. They have a nice waiting area too.

I went to get lab work done and the woman at registration was very unprofessional and rude. Just because I came in 20 minutes before they closed on a Friday night, I was treated like an inconvenience the entire time. She was also very judgemental and spoke down to me because I was unaware that I had to fast for that particular test. She then told me that I was wasting my time and the hospitals time. I will not be going back there.

Annual mammogram. Staff reached out for pre-registration in advance which made the day-of experience even easier. My lab tech was so kind and efficient and I was in/out in about 30 minutes. Not bad for a life-saving screening. Highly recommend.

Expect to waste at least an hour to have your blood drawn even without other patients waiting in the lobby. This is the slowest facility on the planet.
