Absolutely outstanding service, w/ genuinely friendly & professional staff - "Above & beyond" barely suffices. They made my little girls' first eye doc visit a very positive one, & I'm very grateful to all the staff. We had a problem w/ our insurance covering the totality of our very necessary $800 glasses; they wanted us to cover it out of pocket, which was hopelessly out of reach for us at the time. They worked some kind of magic w/ us & my little girl got her glasses. God bless these ladies; its people like this that make life sweeter. This eye doctor's office has thoroughly impressed me w/ every aspect of my (@ the time 8 y/o) daughter's 1st real eye doc appt. You just don't stumble across such a team of genuinely caring people too often these days. They actually LISTEN to questions/
