The receptionist was so rude. She told my bf one price for the copay on the phone and when he got there she told him a total different price. He had no problem paying it but due to her being so rude about it, it made him very uncomfortable so he left. No one should be mistreated just because you’re in your feelings and is the only receptionist available at the time. I understand that we all have our days but being polite $0.
