Awesome experience with Dr. Trotter and team! Over the past month I have seen Dr Trotter three (3) times for a procedure and follow-up. She is a caring professional that went above and beyond in answering all of my questions while providing expert care/treatment. Far exceeding my expectations and she has now set the standard for others to emulate. I would highly recommend Dr. Trotter for all of your foot care needs!

I was accepted for a, literally, last minute appointment. Experienced pain, unusual with Reynaud in one foot, affected stability and unusual pain. I also learned about a key trigger. Appreviated greatly the knowledge sharing. Starting a med regimen for 6 days. Confidence in care & outcome. Staff in PTC office, front desk and med assistant, caring pros. Drs. Talisse & Alvarez, exceptional. Thank you!

Did not have a good experience. The dr was nice, but everything was inconsistent, customer service on the phone is so rude never asked for my date of birth to pull up my account just continued to have a bad attitude. Also, if you are self pay and confirm with the front desk, provider(after the exam), and check out desk that it is a flat fee they will still send you a bill with additional charges that was not discussed prior. They will not call you back if you try to dispute the charges. This place is a mess. And I’ve worked in internal revenue before, the handle on this is MESSY. I recommend save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

Dr Talisse is AhhhhhMazing! Seriously, 5 stars isn’t enough. My daughter had an ingrown “fixed” by another podiatrist but it didn’t take. Dr Talisse was kind & gentle & oh so patient with us. He is a delight & has earned my trust & respect.

Dr. Alvarez is always Professional. He has a way of putting his patient at ease. His staff is pleasant and professional. My feet always feel better after the treatment
