Terrible service. I received a doctor's referral to see Doctor Bala. Their office called me and we scheduled an appointment. Two days later I received a message asking if I could come in an hour later. I called them back and said that was fine. Come the appointment they tell me I'm late and will have to reschedule. I explained THEY asked me to come in an hour later than my original appointment. I even offered the call information from my phone. I assume they then spoke to Doctor Bala, who must of insisted I reschedule. This office had no problem wasting my time, and despite the fact I tried to accommodate them, they felt no need to fit me in or accommodate me in any way. Not even an apology!

Let's talk about awesome doctors for a second here. Doctor Bala is amazing. I'm talking 10/10. It's pretty rare that I find a doctor that has changed everything for me and Doctor Bala is one of them. I got my foot back basically, his help has changed my life I thought I was gonna have to spend the rest of my life worrying over something that never healed right. He is a saint. The nurses btw are amazing the front office staff are amazing as well. 10/10 I don't wanna go anywhere else.

I have been battling with pain on my anklesafter a very bad car accident in 2011. Today I saw Dr Bala for the first time and he was AMAZING! He took his time to explain how bones move, what happened to me , went over the xrays throughly and made me feel safe and confident I came to the right place to be pain free and fully functional again ! He made me feel like I was the most important placient and his staff was excellent and very professional !

Dr. Bala is very knowledgeable and informative. I have had three procedures and Dr. Bala has been kind, patient, and prepared me for my procedures. Many times when you arrive at a surgery center you are treated as a number, not a person. Not so when Dr. Bala is your surgeon. From beginning to end, I have never doubted his ability and expertise. The office staff are friendly and never make you feel like you are not welcome. You are always treated with dignity and respect. Who could ask for anything more? Grateful beyond measure. Thank you

Dr Bala is the only Dr I’ll ever let take care of my ankle and foot, after a major surgery and 2 minor surgeries we’ve almost came to a complete full recovery after a reconstruction of the ankle and heel. Couldn’t say enough wonderful things about Dr Bala and his staff. Highly recommended!
