Very unprofessional staff. I’ve been trying to get an appointment for over 2 weeks, first it was my insurance then it went from insurance to not having a pior authorized, all that was faxed multiple times from my PCP. Finally after not hearing from Then I decided to call, first girl I spoke to said she had to call me back to make sure she could schedule my appointment because a page was missing (lol) so I said okay what page is missing so I can let my PCP doctor know , needless to say she didn’t know and had to call me back, I hung up called back to speak to a manager, spoke to a different lady and she goes to say let me see if she is available and what is it in reference to, so I told her , she asks for my information, put me on hold came back asked me a few more questions put me on hold

Dr. Spinola is fantastic! I have 4* because I did not like the over 1hr. wait especially being a new patient. Seeing 2 others go in back when I arrived before them did not lend the best 1st impression. However, Dr. Spinola made up for it through his friendly demeanor.

I was supposed to have a new patient appointment today, I was called shortly before it was time for me to leave for my appointment when i received a call letting me know it had to be postponed 2 hours due to an "emergency surgery".... that was disappointing, but I understood. I was grateful that it was just a couple hours versus days or weeks. However, I sat in the office waiting room for 2-1/2 hours watching EVERY person that came in after me go back, check out and leave. I finally went to the window to ask if new patients were important at all when ANOTHER person that came in after me, waited much less time than i did, got called back... I told the receptionist I was done waiting and left. Several people from church spoke very highly of dr. Spinola and his staff, I just wish I had been

Dr Spinola and his staff has been good to me and I thank them for their professionalism.

Saw Dr Spinola this morning for the first time. He is very awesome and professional. He is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. He also has an awesome nurse.
