Ankeny Smiles is absolutely fantastic—we will never go anywhere else! The entire team is informative, straightforward, and incredibly kind. They were able to get my husband in quickly and took great care of everything he needed. Dr. Worsham is by far the best dentist we have ever had. We truly appreciate the honesty, professionalism, and genuine care shown at every visit. Highly recommend!

I had to get 14 teeth extracted for partial dentures. I was so nervous of judgement and the pain but the dentist was so sweet and reassuring. He did work REALLY fast which I liked because it gave me less time to panick or chicken out but if this is something you don’t like, it may be a problem. He was numbing me up within 30 seconds of being in the room without much notice. But I work better that way. I got to keep my teeth but has to wait an extra hour for sterilization. The only complaint I had is that i started to feel pain with one extraction and alerted the dentist immediately. He said “I see your hand but just one more tug and it’s out, okay?” And just ripped it out without more numbing. It hurt so bad for a split second and I felt it but after that, it was immediate relief and I f

I’m extremely autistic the environment and staff is comforting and adaptive. I felt comfortable. Had a full extraction, Dr. Worsham is very personable and knowledgeable. Went back in with a possible issue and was seen and seated deftly, at no point did I ever feel like an inconvenience or a number. Ankeny Smiles has been the best place I’ve ever taken my mouth to, you should too.

Ankeny Smiles 😊 They don’t call it smiles for nothing.. I walked in all nervous. Just a new client, I walked in all nervous. I checked in and got called in right away. I don’t think it took 10 minutes!! They girls in the back were all smiles. The explained everything very well and were also very understanding all the while their smiles never faded. The doctor that worked on me was also very nice and he was efficient and knowledgeable and what he does. Explained what he was doing each time. I think the owner is doing an awesome job!! I left the office very grateful and I appreciate all the smiles and all their hard work.. By far the friendliest atmosphere in a dental establishment I’ve ever been!! I’ve just decided,…. I’m keeping them 😊🥰

I had a terrible experience with another dental office in Ankeny after my previous dentist—who was amazing—sold his practice. I found Ankeny Smiles after that experience, and I’ve been very impressed. Everyone has been amazing and extremely attentive. The front desk staff and hygienist were beyond helpful, and the owner was there and took the time to explain everything in detail, which truly helped me feel comfortable and at ease.
