If they give you an an estimate on how long your apt will take expect 2x that time and most of it will be waiting

Business will bill you for services completed for other individuals even when you are not the responsible payer of said services. Billed for individuals that have never been on the same insurance as you, do not pay from the same accounts, or even visited the office with you. Invoices do not include who the visit was for (if they even provide you an invoice). No breakdown of services or what insurance didn't cover. They refused to provide an invoice for completed services and expected that I blindly pay the bill with no knowledge as to what it was even included in the bill. Continual issues with billing, and every time I call the person answering the phone is extremely rude. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!!! From the front desk where Jess greets me with the best smile, to the back where Beth is so amazing at cleaning my teeth and making me feel so comfortable and welcome. To the MVP himself Dr Dow who is an absolute prodigy. I'm always so blown away by his knowledge and abilities. I cant say enough great things about this place but I continue to tell all my friends and family to go here as its truly the BEST in the state and felt I should also tell all of you to go there as well!!!

DDS Miller and his staff are knowledgeable, skilled and client centric.

I've been a patient for about 5 years. The staff does a great job. They get you in quickly, are very professional and are thorough. Friendly too. They also offer helpful suggestions such as how to floss teeth and how to brush. It's a very clean office as well. I've never had a problem with them.
