I've been on hold for 50 minutes to schedule an appointment!! I'm sure they're closed now and will not answer my phone call, it's already 5:18 PM. What's going on in this world now that its important when referrals are made, but one cannot get in to schedule an appointment by calling! This is horrible!!!
