After two very stressful months with another vet trying to diagnose my dog’s vomiting with blood, I truly thought I was going to lose him. Dr. Kwasnik came highly recommended, and now I understand why. The staff is incredibly friendly and the service is excellent. Dr. Kwasnik is caring, honest, and thorough — he only recommends what is truly necessary, explains everything clearly, and even calls to check in after treatment. Most importantly, the treatment worked. My dog stopped vomiting blood, and I will be forever grateful. I came here yesterday with an emergency, my seven month old kitten was choking on the bone, first I went I to blue pearl in Forest Hills. They did not provide property treatment, Trying to sell things that I don’t need without helping him with his choking incident I was frustrated. He was not doing better. I decided to take him and go to my regular vet. Dr.Kwasnik, within few minutes looking at my kitten Dr.Kwasnik told me that he sees the bone in my cats throat and removed it within minutes may baby was saved! If I did not come to see him, I would’ve lost my kitten. I would've never forgive myself. Dr.Kwasnik is the best of the best , Down to the point, no BS and always provide with excellent care. Dr. Kwasnik saved my cat. I am grateful for his honestly, intelligent approach, and willingness to make time for me. I would wait hours for him again and again. He is the best kind of vet you can hope for. (I’ve seen a lot in 20yrs from Ers, urgent cares and local) His receptionists were also 2/3 very helpful and kind. Alex in particular was very patient with all my questions, although I didn’t get the name of the first woman I spoke with but she too, made my day by trying to find an apt for surgery for our wounded cat. What can I say? They saved my cat’s life? 😊I’m forever in debt. Thank you for not turning us away when so many NYC and Brooklyn places couldn’t make time for our senior sick kitty. Dr. Kwaśnik is the most caring and empathetic veterinarian we have ever met. He truly looks after the comfort of both the pet and the owner.
