They have an emergency line they answer or respond to 24/7. The Dr was very understanding even though I woke him up I'm the middle of the night, because dogs seem to know business hours and only have emergencies late at night or on weekends. They got us in the next day, which is FAR more than I can say for the vet i used to go to near Hyrum. I was very grateful they gave us piece of mind that it could waste until business hours the next day, avoiding emergency costs. They also were very thorough without feeling like they were running up a huge bill. They were actually very reasonably priced. Sure they're friendly but they love giving our pets more than whats in our pockets > EVERY time I call for an appointment i always am very clear what I want done and even ask how much it'll cost and EVERY time my hubs takes the dogs in hes always told "the dogs need this too" and we cant afford it. So I'm glad they have dr on the weekend but they take aweful appointment notes (i often have to tell the receptionist several times "i only want this") and/or ALWAYS get us to be charged for often double what we wanted. If this happened only once we'll take the blame but happening every time makes me so angry with this place that I wish there was a better one in town that understood peoples pockets better.

I love all the staff! I get both my miniature poodles groomed by Teagon she is a doll & does a phenomenal job! Amber is amazing she is the most kind, caring individual who goes above & beyond to help with questions, concerns & scheduling. Dr Mumford is the best veterinarian we have ever seen! He is so patient, kind, and takes his time to evaluate your pups and answer any questions, or concerns. We will continue to bring our pups here because we know they will get top notch care. They are truly a great team. I had a filly with a serious injury, and they were the only doctors within 250 miles willing to consistently and kindly help me through the aftermath of the injury.
