Dr. Willis has been awesome to work with. His staff is always friendly and helpful. My favorite part is I can text communicate during or after hrs and we can get assistance.

Horrible!!! Dr. Willis made my son feel bad about a broken retainer. I also asked about his teeth because I was concerned that they had never looked right. He told me that everting was fine. I took him to another orthodontist for a second opinion and he said his teeth are not fixed and the reason his retainers break is because he grinds his teeth. It is one thing to have this poor kid go through all of this again but I have to pay for it as well. This is not right!!!!

Went in to get a permanent retainer fixed. Professional and was able to fix it fast and easy. Super grateful!

We love Dr Willis and all of his staff. The appts are quick and easy. The receptionist, Sara is awesome to work with for scheduling and she is always cheerful and welcoming. The convenience of having an office right in Preston makes it easier to schedule around school also.
