The doctors and staff are the best here. When calling in to schedule and when checking in and out the staff is kind and patient. The Techs are also kind and gentle with my pets. The doctors are simply amazing. They take their time with my pets and explain things to me and will always go the extra mile to call if needed to talk through things when needed. They are truly the best.

We started taking our two dogs to Animal Medical Centre of Medina when we needed to switch veterinarians due to a corporation replacing our much loved veterinarian and some of the staff. At the time of the switch, our Potato was having issues with what we thought were allergies, but shortly thereafter he got really sick and very quickly. AMCM was there for us in our time of need, and with the diagnosis of diabetes for our pup. The veterinarians and staff are incredible and so loving to our pups! After our last visit for a toe that got infected for a broken toenail down to the base, AMCM called three times to check in! The service is amazing! I highly recommend AMCM for your pet's needs!

I’ve been bringing my dogs to Animal Medical Center for many years, first our husky, then our golden retriever, and now our GSD. The care provided by AMC doctors, technicians, and front desk professionals has been consistently outstanding. The team is always responsive, friendly, and thorough. They take the time to explain everything, follow up without fail, and make every visit as smooth as possible. They genuinely care about our beloved pets. Grateful to have a veterinary clinic we trust completely! Highly recommend.

Everyone there was so friendly! The service was fast and they were so sweet with my puppy. Dr. Cooper answered all my questions and the ladies up front were so helpful and told me all about their rewards program. 10/10!

Thank you for taking care of my Pytus! You guys are great! Always make me feel very comfortable whenever any of my cats have been left in your care! My cats don't require much attention and I have plenty of vets closer to my house but I always gravitate to your practice when they do! :)
