Dr Anna combines her extensive medical knowledge with her deep understanding of holistic practices to ensure that every pet gets exactly what they need without unnecessary and potentially harmful medications and procedures. My dogs are living their best life because of Dr Anna and the entire Animal Hospital of Pembroke Road team. I only wish Dr Anna could my doctor too!!!!!

We had a great experience here! The staff is incredible and so nice from the minute you walk in. Dr.Ana is a amazing and took such good care of our new puppy and gave us everythingwe needed for him! I wholeheartedly recommend them!

Dr. Anna took the time to explain everything during our visit, answering all of my questions and making sure my furry friend was comfortable. The facility was clean and well-organized, which made me feel confident in the care my pet was receiving. The follow-up care has been fantastic as well, with the team checking in to see how my pet is doing after treatment. I appreciate the genuine love and dedication they have for animals. The woman vet is very very knowledgeable and provides in depth care and explained everything to me. I had one very very sick puppy that died and one new puppy that they provided care for. They respond very quickly to my pets needs. The front desk girl is very kind and text me to check on Flint the next two days after seeing the vet. They also called, text and sent a a very kind card in the mail when one of my puppies died of a very rare, aggressive, untreatable infection. A terrible experience but it happens. They were very kind in both situations.

10s across the board! I went in for my dog’s Travel Certificate and the level of attention I received was extraordinary. Dr Ferrera and her team truly make you feel like part of their family. Shout out to Anna the tech for going above and beyond.
