I’d give this clinic 4 stars if it wasn’t for Jennifer! She is INCREDIBLY rude and unprofessional. There was miscommunication after my dog’s procedure was performed and a misunderstanding as well, possibly on my end, with the care that my dog would be receiving during her follow-up appointment. I questioned the price of whatever procedure was done because I was under the impression that my dog was only getting stitches removed, which like I said before, could have been a mishap on my end!!! She got on the phone and was very, very rude and hostile for no apparent reason. I remained polite and professional on my end while her attitude worsened. If it wasn’t for the rest of the staff who has been exceptionally polite, I’d NEVER bring my dog back!!!!!!

Always easy to work with and very honest. We recently came across a cat in Kentucky just sitting in the middle of the road. It was very sick and being the animal lovers we are we picked it up. They were able to get us in the same day and check him out. Unfortunately the cat ended up being FIV positive and very sick. They were honest with us about the best choice for the cat and didn’t try to sell us a bunch of tests for the same end result. We greatly appreciate that. We bring all of our animals to them for all there veterinarian needs. Also the cost for the services are very reasonable with any and all charges being fully discussed before service.

Dr. Agee and Dr. Leslie are both fantastic vets. They truly care about their clients- both the animals and humans- and it shows in their work and communication. Every single staff member that I have interacted with at Animal Hospital of Milan have been friendly, kind, and have gone above and beyond to assist my family with our pets. Everything from grooming my anxious dog, kindly handling my belligerently angry cat, taking my many concerned calls and fitting an appointment into *my* schedule, being honest and transparent about costs and pet needs, to comforting us when it was time to say goodbye. This clinic is full of wonderful people, and I am very thankful for them and their care. 10/10 would recommend. Every. Single. Time.

They got my puppy in quick for an emergency visit. We left in under an hour. Very professional & straight to the point. The visit didn’t cost too much either. We will be back!

My Basset Hound, Mr Burt Reynolds, one day became extremely ill. He had been to four other local vets and they were at a loss. He was dying in my arms no matter what. My local vet was closed and he needed fluids as I couldn’t keep up with his fluid loss. Milan animal hospital was open and asked if I would leave him there with them. They called me and said they believed they knew what was wrong, and asked to try a few things. Within a week he was himself again, and within two weeks he was home with his family. He has Addison’s disease, he gets a shot every month for the rest of his life and it’s like nothing has ever happened. They saved his life and I recommend this vet to anyone who’s ever looking for one.
