Took my cat after a spay operation to the ER. They took care of her quickly, was a bit pricey but I expected much as she was bleeding. My cat went from looking dead to back to her regular self and happy. Thankful for the staff and Dr.Brian for helping my cat become healthy again

I appreciate this facility. We had to put our Harley down due to complications of Pancreatitis. They were very helpful and compassionate. We were so surprised with the card with her paw prints! Thank you so much.

Our experience at Animal Emergency Clinic was great. From my first call to the discharge paperwork, every employee was so kind and helpful. I first spoke with Isaiah over the phone. He listened to my panicked questions, kept calm and was very helpful, and that was very reassuring. I ended up calling a few more times and he was ON IT. Once we arrived Isaiah and Dr Turner were ready for us. We bombarded doc with questions and she was more than happy to answer them all. She even gave us helpful references and help with medications. I have never dealt with a more helpful and willing to educate veterinarian. Both Doctor Turner and Nurse Isaiah are fantastic. Took care of our boy like family. A couple weeks ago I had to rush my French bulldog to get seen, it was unexpected and I assumed I would leave with her. We were quickly given a room and she was taken back to be diagnosed, she wasn’t going to make it through the night and the Vet and the technicians were so kind and considerate of my decision. I was so out of from exhaustion that I didn’t have time to make any request. Today In the mail I received impressions of her nose and toes and a card signed by everyone. This small amazingly kind gesture gave me something I didn’t have time to ask for and I am forever grateful for this memory of my sweet Baby

Took my 11 year old dog there 6pm. I have no complaints. Recieved a call around midnight regarding the results, not what we wanted to hear however, they treated my girl with compassion, brought her back into the room with me and allowed me to stay until our family arrived, provided compassion and listening as I balled my eyes out, provided time for us to day our goodbye without making us feel rushed. The doctor was kind and understanding. We all know how expensive vet bills can be, they gave me prices and a breakdown and also stated that if there was any results that showed that she could be terminal they would call before doing any other testing to avoid further charges, which they did, and I appreciate that.
