I am very pleased with the care provided. I would come back a million times over anywhere else. Very kind and supportive staff. So sweet and you can tell they love their jobs. I really appreciate how they took care of my baby! I loved all three members of staff that we came in contact with! My fiancé and I were so pleased and they made the experience so much easier on us. I've had to take pets to other ER clinics before and I regret those experiences. Most places are cruel hearted towards owners but the staff here made us feel so comforted! My dog has developed incontinence and the front desk concierge (atleast I think that was her roll) was so sweet and cleaned up pipers accidents with a smile on her face. If you need an emergency vet I would highly recommend this clinic. I brought by older dog in to discovered she had high liver enzyme count. I decided to hospitalize and was able to leave her there during the day due to her being more stable. We had multiple vets on her case and all were absolutely amazing. I was able to come visit and was even given updates during the day while the clinic is usually closed. I found that my dog was in the best care here and I couldn’t thank the staff enough for what they do here. From the vets to the techs and front desk staff they are amazing here and will treat your sick fur baby as if they are their own.

EVERYONE was caring, thoughtful, friendly and helpful. The receptionist (I believe her name is Pam) was kind and helpful all the way through the process. She made a very stressful situation a lot less stressful. What I appreciated most is how much everyone wanted to help Maggie and set my mind at ease

We are so happy with the care provided to our sweet cat, especially during a time he needed it most. Very fast, relief provided, pain eased, and saved his life. The vet and team were so kind and caring, and answered all questions. Our sweet cat is resting at home today, purring and happy, feeling so much better. Every single person involved in the care of our Schnowman that night was so kind and I am so grateful to every one of them. What I appreciated most is how quickly our cat received care. Between not knowing how long he'd been struggling to breathe, and the drive out there watching him struggle even harder, knowing how quickly they started working on him means everything to us.

My baby had some abdominal pain & was lethargic, so I rushed him in last night in hysterics. The staff were so patient and kind to me. The vet was extremely knowledgeable and listed all of my options possible and explained all of the risks of my options and was very thorough explaining everything to me. I ended up making the decision to euthanize my baby, and I couldn’t not have asked for better people to support me during that devastating time. All of the staff were so kind and gentle during the entire process, I truly couldn’t have asked for a better team to be caring for me and my baby.
