I am writing this review after what my brother experienced at this clinic. He took our cat in for an eye issue. According to him, the visit lasted about a minute. The doctor briefly looked at the cat’s eye and applied a drop. That was the entire interaction. Afterward, he was charged $165. What is most concerning is that there was no clear explanation of pricing beforehand. No estimate was provided. No breakdown of expected charges was discussed prior to the exam. He was simply presented with a bill at the end. When he asked why the cost had not been explained in advance, he was told that since he didn’t ask about pricing, they didn’t feel the need to inform him. Took my baby 🐶 Lucky in for a rabies shot. The tech, Alissa (Elisa? Alyssa?), stated because he was a few days late, it would have to be the 1y versus the 3y vaccine. Fine, but I wanted to know which vaccination date that was dating from, as he’d had overlapping vaccines when I first got him as a stray. So I asked Alissa/Elisa/Alyssa, “is that based on the date of your vaccine or…” She responded yes. I stated, in these exact words, “Please allow me to finish my question.” I tried again, and she cut me off again. Dr. Giordano & her team do not compare to any vets I’ve ever been to! They have saved my dog, but also take care of him regularly when he gets ear infections, etc. and then they’re also great with my easy dog that never has any problems! I also love Doreen at the front desk of Cochrane Crossing location. She’s the best.

We’ve been bringing our dog to Dr. Brannon and her team for the past two years since we moved to The Woodlands, and thanks to their exceptional care, we have a healthy, happy dog. As he got older, his condition became more complex, but Dr. Brannon’s expertise and thoughtful recommendations have made all the difference. Every time we visit, the staff is genuinely excited to see him, creating a warm, family-friendly atmosphere. We are so grateful to Dr. Brannon and her team for their ongoing care!
